Wai Kru Ceremony 2022

On August 4th, 2022, the Faculty of Medicine, Maharakham University has organized “Wai Kru Ceremony 2022”. This ceremony has been arranged in order to present gratitude or respect of students to their teachers.

            Medicine Student Club has realized the important of this ceremony which is an opportunity for student paying their respect to their beloved teachers and asking for teacher’s blessing and guidance for their studies. Therefore, the Ceremony has been arranged annually for the purposes.

This event is also a stage to give rewards for outstanding teachers and students as the following details.

  1. Assoc. Prof. Sirinart TONGSIRI, M.D. has been rewarded with Best Teacher Award by Thai Medicinal Council 2022. The award is granted to a teacher who is good behavior and full of   morality and virtue.
  2. Prof. Suraphol WIANGNON, M.D. has been rewarded with Best Performance Award on Medicine Student Support and Development, Mahasarakham University, 2021
  3. Ajarn Narakorn SENGLEK, a lecturer of Applied Thai Traditional Medicine has been rewarded with Best Advisor Award, 2022.
  4. Mr. Arnakorn Promked, M.D., a doctor of Sakon Nakhon Hospital, Sakon Nakhon province has been rewarded with Best Performance Student Award on Morality and Virtue by Thai Medicinal Council.
